Purchasing products from Metallic Design is a simple and easy process:

PRODUCT SELECTION
Select which product you would like. Inform us of your choice and we will send a Provisional Invoice.

DESIGN DETAILS
Send us the design details, either by sending us your current artwork or by taking advantage of our professional design service. Graphic design is included in the price of all projects regardless of the product.
Your products will be dispatched as soon as production is complete.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We have the capability to monitor the progress of your purchase from the moment we dispatch, to the moment it arrives safely with you.
UK postage costs £6- £14. We aim to get your order to you within 14 – 28 working days. We will tell you the exact details of your order.
Anywhere else in the World postage costs will depend on the country. We aim to get your order to you within 25 – 28 working days.
We are happy to work with you to meet your deadline where at all possible. We will supply you with the tracking number of our courier to enable you to track your order.
